Privacy & email preferences

What the signup collects

If you choose to join the My Yoga Flow email list, we store your email address, the consent wording and version, signup source, timestamps, and subscription status. The workbook is also available without subscribing.

How we use it

We use signups to prepare future My Yoga Flow gear guides, planning tips, and product recommendations. Automated email sending is not connected yet. Addresses have not been verified and will need confirmation through an email service before marketing begins.

Storage and access

Signup data is stored in the website’s hosted database. The site owner can access it through an authenticated dashboard and export it to an email service. Hosting providers process data needed to operate the website. We do not sell the signup list.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe here at any time. This marks your address as suppressed for future marketing. A suppression record is retained to avoid adding you back through this form. Any future email service must respect these preferences.

Other websites

Our articles may link to Amazon or other sites with their own privacy practices. Some shopping links are affiliate links; purchases may earn My Yoga Flow a commission.
